Built-in automatic inspecting and eliminating defects.
The servo motion controller provide the accurate synchronization control for servo motors.
Automatic three colors & loud sound alarming light.
Each motion units take independent servo motor, to enhance the accuracy of transmission and the stability of machine.
With elastic fabric ear or elastic waistband, or pants type diaper for easy put on-off.
The raw material adopts the decoiling method by controlled servo motor, and the single roll use controlled independent motor (except for pulp, Hook and loop fastener etc).
Constant tension control rolling drive, Automatic non-stop roll replacing.
Human-Machine Interface
Working speed(piece/min), single shift producing output, total output, counting quantity and products' passing rate can show on the screen
Can add optional functions and parts for detecting products, counting or stacking and packing etc.
Main raw materials adopt auto unwinding, auto splicing, tension control, auto web guider functions to guarantee the precise and stablility.
The quantity of SAP and fluff pulp can be adjusted freely.
